Chocolate & Fruits Cake

   In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, grated dark chocolate, dried fruits and cocoa powder. Mix them well until everything is covered in cocoa powder.

   In a bowl or a mixer, batter the honey, bananas, and the muscovado sugar until you have a creamy mix.

   Pour the sugary mix in the flour & cocoa one and batter them for about 5 mins, slowly add the 100 milk of milk whilst you mix. Once it is thick and sticky place it in the baking tray (you can use a non stick baking sheet as it will help you remove it from the tray), for about 35-40mins.
