Chocolate Dessert With Marie Cookies Recipe

   Heat chocolate on top of double boiler.

   Let cold.

   Blend softened butter with the egg yolks.

   Add in melted chocolate and blend well.

   Whip egg whites till stiff adding sugar while whipping.

   Blend egg whites with chocolate mix and then add in vanilla.

   Make sure all ingredients are well blended.

   In a glass dish, spread a layer of chocolate mix.

   Then put in a layer of Marie cookies.

    Repeat with layer of chocolate and then cookies till all chocolate is used up.

    Make sure top layer is chocolate.

    Chill overnight.

    To serve, take out of refrigerator about 1 hour before serving.
