Chocolate Delights

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   In large bowl, whisk together sugar, walnuts, cocoa powder and salt.

   Add the egg whites and vanilla; stir until combined well.

   Form rounded tablespoons of the mixture into balls.

   Put balls on baking sheets lined with parchment paper (brown paper bag).

   With the bottom of a glass, press them gently into disks.

   Bake cookies in the oven for 15 to 17 minutes (tops will appear dry and lighter in color).
