Chocolate Coconut Dessert With Ice Cream Recipe

   In saucepan, heat chocolate in lowfat milk.

   Bring to boil; boil gently uncovered 4 min till thick.

   Stir constantly.

   Add in marshmallows; heat and stir till melted.

   Chill.

   In skillet, cook and stir coconut till browned.

   Stir in cereal and nuts.

   Spread 3 c. of cereal mix on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

   Cut ice cream in half horizontally.

    Arrange 1/2 ice cream over cereal mix.

    Spread 1/2 chocolate mix.

    Repeat layers.

    Top with remaining cereal.
