Place the butter and coconut milk in a medium pan and heat gently until the butter has melted. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and cool for 15 mins. Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl and stir in the brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Make a well in the center, pour in the melted mixture and the eggs and stir until thoroughly combined. Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake for 20-30 mins until risen and firm to the touch. Cool in the pan for 10 mins then turn out onto a wire rack and leave to cool completely. Cut the cake into 49 (1 inch) squares.
