2 extra large eggs
2 teaspoons coffee dried
2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
⅓ cup flour, all-purpose
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecans coarsely chopped
1 cup walnuts coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

Butter and grease two large cookie sheets.

Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips.

When chips are almost melted, remove mixture from the heat.

Mix eggs, coffee crystals, vanilla and sugar until smooth.

Stir into the chocolate mixture.

Add nuts and remaining chocolate chips.

Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto prepared baking sheet.

Place cookies about 1 1/2 inch apart.

Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until the tops look inchcrusty and crackling but the insides are still inchmoist inch.

Let stand on baking sheet for 3 to 4 minutes, then place onto a wire rack to cool completely.
