I use a teaspoon to make cookies on sheet pan and bake in the oven til light brown on edges - about 6 minutes.
6
I usually make a double batch and freeze some - I love to snack on this dough both raw & cooked! ;P
7
To freeze the dough - take parchment paper, put dough in the center and then make a log.
8
I then put it in a ziplock bag and put the date on it - can be stored for 1 - 2 months.
9
I cut slices of the dough for a quick chocolate/toffee cookie dough fix or to bake off a few cookies!
