Chocolate chip peanut butter cheesecake bites

   Mix cookie crumbs and butter

   Press into an 8x8 pan

   Combine gelatin with 1 tbsp water and let sit 5 minutes

   Beat cream cheese, condensed milk and peanut butter

   Microwave gelatin 20-30 seconds to melt and beat into cream mixture

   Stir in chocolate chips, fill pan and freeze 20 minutes

   Cut into bit-size squares
