In small bowl, stir together Large eggs, orange juice, vanilla and orange peel.

Add in egg mix to flour mix and stir to combine.

Dough will be sticky.

With lightly floured hands knead in chocolate chips.

With floured hands, pat dough into 8 inch diameter in center of prepared baking sheet.

Brush egg mix over top and sides of dough.

With serrated knife, cut into 8 wedges.
