Spread the batter into prepared muffin c.. Bake 15 to 20 min, or possibly till a cake tester or possibly toothpick inserted into center of one muffin comes out clean.

Remove muffin tin to a wire rack.

Cold muffins in pan for 5 min.

Remove muffins from c. and finish cooling on rack.

Serve hot or possibly cold completely, and store the muffins in airtight container.
