Chocolate Chip Kisses Recipe

   Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

   Cover cookie sheet with brown paper or possibly parchment.

   Beat the egg whites till stiff but not dry and add in 6 Tbsp.

   of sugar, a spoonful at a time, beating well between each addition.

   Add in the vanilla and mix in the remaining 2 Tbsp.

   of sugar and chocolate chips.

   Shape the kisses on cookie sheet with a pastry bag or possibly two spoons (about the size of silver dollars).

   Bake for 1 hour.

   Turn off oven and let them remain in the oven for 3-6 more hrs.
