   Place dates, almonds and pecans in the bowl of your food processor and process until a chunky, sticky mixture forms.

   Turn the food processor back on and feed the chocolate chips and vanilla extract through the feed tube.

   Stop processing once the mixture turns chocolate in color and is mixed, but not perfectly smooth.

   Take pieces of the dough and roll into balls.

    Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator, where they will harden slightly.
