1
First we're going to throw the BROWNIES together and get them in the oven.
-
2
Preheat oven to 350F.
-
3
Spray a 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray.
-
4
In a small bowl, melt the finely chopped unsweeten chocolate in the microwave for 25 seconds, remove, stir and repeat until melted.
-
5
Be sure to stir well, you don't want to burn your chocolate!
-
6
Once smooth and creamy, set aside.
-
7
In a medium bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar together.
-
8
Then beat the eggs all at once until smooth, add the melted chocolate, stirring well to incorporate.
-
9
Then, add the flour, stirring until everything is combined.
-
10
Fold in the chocolate chips.
-
11
Spread the batter in a prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
-
12
COOKIE DOUGH LAYER
-
13
Cream butter and sugar until smooth, add milk and vanilla extract, mixing well, add flour until combined, but DO NOT OVER MIX.
-
14
Lastly, add 1-1/2 cups of chocolate chips, mixing them in.
-
15
Once the brownies are done, cool them completely before attempting to spread the cookie dough layer over the top.
-
16
I recommend refrigerating it for at least 30 minutes, sonyour brownies DON'T BREAK.
-
17
Spread the cookie dough layer evenly over the top.
-
18
Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips, cut into bars and serve.
