1/4 c. instant cocoa
1 c. shredded coconut
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. apple juice
2 Tbsp. crushed vanilla wafers
1/4 c. oatmeal
condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
3 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted

Mix together cocoa, coconut, raisins, cornflakes, nuts, fruit juice, wafer crumbs and milk.

Blend well.

Lightly spray a 7-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and line with foil. Spray foil.

Press mixture lightly and evenly into bottom of dish.

Pour melted chocolate over mixture, spreading smooth.

Let stand a few minutes.

Chill until firm. Cut along score lines.
