1 1/2 c. minced walnuts
1 c. melted butter
1 c. flour
8 ounce. neufchatel cheese (lite cream cheese)
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. lite Cold Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant sugar free chocolate pudding mix
3 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
1 lg. tub lite Cold Whip
Grated chocolate bar or possibly sprinkles

FIRST LAYER: Mix walnuts, butter and flour and press in a 9x13 inch pan.

Bake for about 15 or possibly 20 min at 350 degrees.

SECOND LAYER: Cream together the neufchatel cheese and powdered sugar.

Mix in Cold Whip and spread carefully over first layer (first layer will want to stick to second).

THIRD LAYER: Mix the pudding mix and lowfat milk and spread over the second layer.

FOURTH LAYER: Spread Cold Whip over third layer.

Sprinkle grated chocolate or possibly decorative candies on top.
