Chocolate Cereal And Marshmallow Hearts

   Grease a rectangular baking pan with butter. Set aside.

   In a large saucepan, melt the butter and marshmallows over low heat while constantly stirring with a wooden spatula. Add the red food coloring to taste.

   Add the cereal and mix.

   Place on the baking pan and, using your wet hands, press down to even out the surface.

   Let it cool and cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.

   Serve.
