2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
20 KRAFT Caramels
2 Tbsp. milk
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Spray 9-inch round pan with cooking spray; cover bottom of pan with waxed paper.

Microwave 1 cup chopped chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
