Chocolate Cake Made with Pancake Mix and Cocoa

   This is the cocoa I used.

   If you are using pure or unsweetened cocoa, add an extra 30 g of sugar.

   Preheat the oven to 170C.

   Mix all the ingredients together well, and pour into a cake tin.

   Drop once or twice onto your counter or work surface to remove air bubbles.

   I topped the cake in the photo with coconut before baking it.

   Bake at 170C for 40-45 minutes to finish!
