Break up the chocolate bar in a wrapper along the lines between the squares and break each square into 2~3 pieces.

Mash the banana in a plastic bag.

Add the vegetable oil and mix in.

Add the pancake mix and knead well to mix altogether.

(Preheat the oven to 180C.)

Add the chocolate from Step 1 and mix in.

Flatten the dough to about 2 cm thick.

Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces with a knife over the plastic bag, pressing the entire knife blade slowly into it.

You will feel good hearing the cracking sound of the chocolate when you cut.

Tear the plastic bag and transfer the dough onto a baking tray that is lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180C.
