1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup oil
1 fully ripe banana, mashed (about 1/2 cup)
2-1/2 cups banana nut whole grain cereal flakes, divided

Heat chocolate, unwrapped, in microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.

Remove from oven.

Stir until chocolate is completely melted; set aside.

Mix flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl.

Beat eggs in medium bowl; stir in melted chocolate, sugar, buttermilk, 1/2 cup oil and banana.

Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

Spoon batter into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
