Choco-Caramel Squares

   Combine cake mix, oleo, evaporated milk and chopped nuts. Press 1/2 of the mixture into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350u00b0 for 6 minutes.

   Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

   Pour melted Caramel Sauce over top. Crumble remaining cake mixture over and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
