2. Beat margarine and sugars until creamy

3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla and combine

4. Add combined flour, baking soda and salt, mix well

5. Drop by rounded Tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet (I use parchment paper - easier clean up)

6. Bake 9-10 mins (check after 8 mins)

7.Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, transfer to wire rack

9. Store in sealed container, add a 1/2 piece of bread to keep them soft.

For cookie bars, heat oven to 375. Press dough evenly onto bottom of ungreased 13.9 baking pan. Bake 35-40 mins or till light brown. Cool Completely. Cut into bars. Store in sealed container.
