1 cup Fresh orange juice
5 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp Olive oil
6 clove Garlic pressed
1 tbsp Orange zest
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground chipotle chile pepper
2 lb Chicken (drumsticks)
2 tsp Brown sugar
2 tsp Cornstarch

Preheat grill to 350 to 400

Combine 1/4 c orange juice, 3 T soy sauce, 3 T brown sugar and next 5 ingredients in shallow dish.

Marinade chicken 10 min in fridge

Grill chicken covered 10 to 12 min on each side.

Remove and cover w/ foil for 10 min.

Whisk 2t brown sugar, 3/4c orange juice, 2T soy sauce in small saucepan.

Whisk cornstarch and 2t water and whisk into orange juice mix.

Bring to boil over med heat.

Cook, whisking constantly, 1 min or until thickened.
