Chinese Pork Chops

   Add soy sauce to the brown sugar until it makes a fairly thick paste (like glue).

   Add the garlic, then coat both sides of each chop with the marinade.

   Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

   Barbecue on grill (about 5 minutes a side or until done) or bake in oven at 350u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
