Chinese Marinated Pork Scotch Fillet

   Combine Fountain Hoi Sin Sauce, Fountain Soy Sauce and rice wine vinegar. Place pork steaks in marinade, and set aside, covered at room temperature for 15 minutes.

   Pan fry pork steaks with a little vegetable oil over high heat for one minute each side to seal, then lower heat to moderate and cook for a further 4-6 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Rest the meat for 5 minutes then slice about 1cm thick.

   To make sauce: in a separate pan, put the leftover marinade with 1 tablespoon of water and boil for 2-3 minutes.
