2 cups carrots pre-grated
1/4 cup onions pre-cut chopped
1 cup snow pea pods fresh, thinly sliced lengthwise
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts cooked and cut into thin strips, about 10 ounces
12 butter lettuce leaves
