1/2 Carrot
1/2 Cucumber
2 slice Ham
1 as much (to taste) Wood ear mushrooms
1 as much (to taste) White sesame seeds
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 Sugar
1 Japanese mustard
