Chinese Casserole

   Brown and drain sausage.

   Save the grease and in that cook until tender the celery, green pepper and onion.

   In large bowl, put rice and soup mix.

   Add hot water.

   Add celery and meat mixture and chow mein noodles.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
