Chilled Butterscotch Dessert Recipe

   Prepare pudding mix with 3 c. lowfat milk following package instructions.

   Turn into bowl, cover with plastic and cold completely.

   Cut butter into flour using pastry blender or possibly finger tips as for pie crust; stir in nuts, press mix into 13 x 9 inch pan.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.

   Cold thoroughly.

   Beat cheese with sugar till light and fluffy.

   Mix in 1 c. whipped topping.

   Spread over crust.

   Spoon pudding over cheese layer and cover with remaining whipped topping refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
