1 qt. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. allspice

6 large onions

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Chop fine or use food processor on all veggies. Skin tomatoes. Put all ingredients in canning kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick. Jar and seal.
