1 lg. onion, minced
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 (4 ounce.) cans whole green chilies
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 Large eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco

Cook beef, drain.

Add in onion and garlic.

Cut each chili in half.

Beat Large eggs and flour together; add in lowfat milk, salt and Tabasco.

Grease 8 inch pan.

Layer meat, chilis, half of cheese.
