4 eggs
1/4 c. flour (unsifted)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Tabasco to taste

In a large skillet, mix beef and sausage.

Line a 9 x 9 x 12-inch baking dish with 1/2 ounce of chilies.
