1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce

Brown meat and onion together. Layer chiles, cheese, meat and chiles in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix together flour, salt, eggs, milk and hot pepper sauce.
