1 lg. onions, minced

2 (4 ounce.) cans whole chilies, liquid removed and seeded (or possibly 1 7-ounce. can)
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
4 Large eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Brown meat; add in onion and garlic and cook.

Line 8 inch square baking pan with half the chiles.
