Chicken Zucchini Casserole

   Set chicken aside.

   Dice zucchini in 1-inch chunks; cook until tender and set aside.

   Simmer onion and carrots in oleo until tender.

   Mix all together with cream of chicken soup; add 2 1/2 cups herb Croquette dressing.

   Pour in casserole dish; add the other half cup dressing mix on top of casserole and bake at 350u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.

   Makes a whole meal.
