1/4 cups Honey
1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 whole Lime, Juiced
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
6 slices Fresh Ginger, Peeled
4 cloves Garlic, Smashed
1- 1/2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1- 1/2 Tablespoon Water
1- 1/2 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cubed
2 bunches Green Onions, Sliced Into 2 Inch Pieces
