4 longanisa (Filipino Sausage)
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped basil
10 stick thyme
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 tbsp fennel
1/2 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 salt

Preheat oven to 350F

De-bone chicken legs if needed.

Season inside meat with salt and pepper.
