3 1/8 cups mixed mushrooms

Cut onions into slices.

Cut celery into thin slices and finely dice bacon.

Heat a little oil in a large pan and saute the ingredients.

Season drumsticks with salt and pepper and dredge in flour.

Heat plenty of oil in a heavy skillet and fry the chicken drumsticks until golden.

Add wine to pan with onion mixture and cook until liquid is slightly reduced.

Cover and let simmer for about 50 minutes to an hour.
