Chicken With Pepperoni In Tomato And Basil Sauce

   In a nonstick pan, heat 2 tbsp. oil. Add the onion and fry for a few minutes.

   Add the peppers and cook for 10 minutes, adding a little hot water, as necessary.

   Add the chicken, season with salt and leave to cook for 20 minutes.

   When all the liquid has cooked away, add the wine and cook until evaporated.

   Add the tomato sauce and cook 2 minutes until fully mixed in.

   Serve warm, sprinkled with sage.
