Chicken With Okra

   Remove the outer edges of the okra and slice the middle part

   the onion and garlic in olive oil

   Cut the chicken into cubes and brown it together with the onion and garlic.

   Add the okra, mix well, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly

   Add the whole peeled tomatoes (or 5 fresh tomatoes, diced).

   Stir it well.

   And cook on low for about 10-15 minutes

   Season to taste.

    Sometimes I add 1tsp of sugar to lower the acidity of the tomatoes.
