Chicken with mushrooms and onions

   Cut chicken breast into pieces atleast an inch or 2 in size.

   Add water to a frying pan and add chicken.

   Cook until no longer pink.

   Cut up mushrooms and onions and add to pan with chicken.

5. 5

   Add butter and salt and pepper to taste.

   Turn burner on medium and continue to cook until mushrooms and onions are cooked and chicken starts to brown a little.

   Enjoy with either rice or potatoes.
