Ingredients: 1 whole chicken breast, split (or two small chicken breasts); ¼ cup flour; 2 teaspoons ranch dressing mix; 2 tablespoons oil; 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup; 1 cup sour cream; 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms; 2 tablespoons white wine (Milk will work also) or 2 tablespoons chicken broth (Milk will work also); ½ teaspoon salt; ½ teaspoon pepper; ¼ teaspoon garlic powder; cooked rice or pasta

Pound 1 split chicken breast to 1/2 in thickness.

Pat dry and dredge in ranch mixture.

You can now bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or cover and set aside to bake later.
