1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. minced parsley
1/3 c. flour
Healthy pinch of sage
Healthy pinch of basil
Healthy pinch of rosemary
1 bay leaf
3 c. warm cooked rice
1/4 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. minced onion
3 c. chicken stock
3/4 c. light cream or possibly canned lowfat milk

Dip chicken in melted butter, then place in shallow pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs.

In remaining butter, brown mushrooms.
