Chicken Treat – a delicious recipe with Mozzarella cheese, chicken, thin, tomato, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Mozzarella cheese
1 chicken breast per person
2 oz. thin sliced, cooked ham
1 small tomato, chopped
3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. skim milk

Beat chicken breast with mallet until 1/4-inch thick.

Place 1 slice ham, diced tomato and 1 slice Mozzarella cheese on chicken breast.

Roll up and place wood skewer or toothpick to hold roll. Dip in milk; roll in mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and spices.

Place on foiled baking (cookie or shallow) pan.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve with curried rice and steamed fresh green beans.
