Chicken Tinga

   Blend water, tomatoes and peppers in blender until smooth.

   Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat.

   Add onions; cook 5 min.

   or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

   Stir in tomato mixture; bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

   Add chicken; stir.

   Cover; simmer on low heat 10 min.

   or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

   Spoon dip into serving dish; top with sour cream.

    Serve with chips.
