1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. light cream
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

3 Tbsp. dry white wine

In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender.

Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce comes to a boil.
