Chicken Taco Foil Packets

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Tear off and arrange 4 sheets aluminum foil.

   Set one chicken breast on each sheet.

   (If breasts are large, butterfly them to equal 4 individual packets.)

   Sprinkle liberally with taco seasoning and shredded cheese.

   Spoon 3 Tablespoons of salsa onto each breast and spread.

   Fold over aluminum at the top and sides.

   Place directly on oven rack or set all 4 packets on a cookie sheet for easy removal.

   Bake for 30-40 minutes depending on breast size.

    Remove from the oven and serve with sour cream.

    I remove the aluminum before serving so little fingers do not get burned.
