6 slices cubed bread
2 c. cooked diced chicken or turkey
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Grease a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.

Place 2 slices cubed bread in bottom, then mix chicken, celery, onion, green pepper, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Put on top of bread.

Spread 4 mores slices of cubed bread on top of this.

Beat 2 eggs; add milk and pour on top.

Chill overnight before baking.

Add mushroom soup, but do not stir in.
