Ingredients: 6 med. sized green peppers; 2 c. water; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 pkg. chicken gravy mix; 1 c. whole kernel corn; 2 c. diced cooked chicken; Dash of pepper; 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning; 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs; Paprika

6 med. sized green peppers
2 c. water
1 teaspoon salt
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
1 c. whole kernel corn
2 c. diced cooked chicken
Dash of pepper
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Paprika

Cut tops from peppers, remove seeds and membranes and wash inside and out.

Place peppers, one c. water and salt in saucepan; cover and cook about 8 min; drain well.

Add in remaining c. water to sauce mix and bring to boiling; add in corn, chicken, pepper and poultry seasoning.

Pile mix loosely into peppers; sprinkle with crumbs and paprika.

Place in shall baking dish; add in water to cover bottom of dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
