2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
⅔ cup milk, skim
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
3 cups rice brown, cooked, or white

Working in batches to avoid overcrowding the skillet, add the chicken to the skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and no longer pink in the center, about 6 minutes.

Transfer chicken to a plate.
